Report a Lost/Damaged Issue

We will provide replacement copies for those that have been lost or damaged within 30 days of issue date, providing we have additional copies in archive. Please supply all of the information in the form below. (Subscriber Number is located on the address label of any mailed Outlook issue, directly above your name). You will be contacted by our Subscriptions department via email for confirmation or via telephone if no email address is supplied.
